Woman Suffocated and Strangled in Brutal Attack
The body of this woman was discovered yesterday by her son when he came in to investigate why she wasnt answering her phone. He was horrified to encounter her lying dead on her bed, with a plastic bag wrapped tightly around her head and a block of wood serving as a garrote tied to the headboard. Estimated time of death was 12-16 hours earlier and cause of death was asphyxia, though the press release did not mention if it was due to suffocation or strangulation. Maybe both. A suspect is currently in custody and the murder seems to be related to a crime of passion in some way.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

Wouldn't be surprised if this was a sadistic sex killer kinda thing. One where he toyed with her hovering on the edge of death. Almost there...being brought back...over and over. It's certainly setup to allow for that kind of thing. Many killers enjoy the terror and horror that they can generate in their victims and don't necessarily get much out of the killing itself. It's all for the sake of the God Like Power sensation. I've also read where a number of killers were fascinated by the moment of death where they can see the 'lights go out' permanently. Actually watching 'the soul leave the body'. |
