Woman Strangled With Seatbelt By Boyfriend, Whom She Stabbed A Few Days Before
Maracanaú, Ceará, Brazil An influencer with more than 1 million followers on social media was murdered by strangulation with a seatbelt inside a car in Maracanaú. The crime occurred in the early hours of Saturday (29), and her ex-boyfriend was arrested. The victim was Beatriz dos Anjos Miranda, 24 years old. The suspect, Antônio Lício Morais da Costa, 20, was arrested by Military Police. A source linked to public security noted that Beatriz was inside the suspect’s vehicle when the two got into an argument. Lício moved to the back seat and strangled her with the seatbelt. He then abandoned the car in a lot and set it on fire with Beatriz's body inside. A Fire Department team was called to respond to the case and managed to control the flames. According to the Public Security Department, police found the victim’s body with signs of violence inside a stationary vehicle on a public road. The car was showing signs of an incipient fire. Lício was captured by a Military Police team and taken to a precinct, where he was charged. He already had a criminal record for offenses against public administration, contempt of authority, and resisting arrest. A few days ago, videos on social media showed Beatriz arguing with the suspect. In one of the clips, she can be seen hitting him with an object resembling a knife. In the footage, Lício appears bleeding and crying, begging Beatriz to stop the aggression. The fight was reportedly sparked by a betrayal. To clarify the the stabbing video, she was seeing pictures of him with another girl (which I believe someone sent her), and he was saying he was single at the time the pics were taken. She didn't believe and started to stab him. |

This is another one of those cases where she looks better dead than alive. It's a good thing the strangulation marks aren't visible. Once again, it's a shame not to work in a morgue in Brazil. |

I can tell if she's was strangled. No marks, protruding tongue, or saliva around the mouth or on dress. Or piss stains on her dress.maybe choked her out and she never woke up but strangled strangled? I don't know.
