Yes, exactly. Frothing at the mouth, bleeding from the nose, reddening eyes (from all of the burst vessels), and pissing/shitting yourself are all extremely common signs of strangulation, ligature or manual. |

Actually, regardless of what I posted 2+ years ago when this thread started, after 30 months of exposure to thousands and thousands of photos of dead bodies (many of them asphyxiated), I am pretty comfortable calling this a fake. Ligature mark is too uniform, livor isn't developed and the scelera and pupil don't look right. Further, the aspiration is an odd color and foaming like that is far far more common in poisonings and drownings than ligature strangulation. Plus the crime scene marker (the '1') looks like a cheap computer printout. Even down in Juarez they use real hard plastic for those markers. Nowhere uses such cheap material for DSI. Further, why would they lay that marker (which is normally used for marking stuff like directionality and bullet casings) on TOP of the body bag. An unmarked bodybag, I might add. Plus the only photo that makes it out (they would take hundreds at a real homicide scene) happens to be a close-up, full color facial shot with no pointers, no cops, and no DSI in the shot? Nah. This is definitely a fake. Probably from a fetish production shoot like PK Films or Psycho-Thriller.com. Not a real cadaver by any stretch. Goes to show how naive we all were back in the days before the Nota Rojas started providing dozens of fresh crime scenes a day for our humble forums. Kelly and I were both fooled by this (now very obvious) sloppy fake-job. Furthermore, what the fuck is with the creepy German noob bumping half a dozen 2 year old threads?
