On friday (05/07/13) a 35 years old woman was stabbed directly in the heart by her 50 years old ex.

He was caught soon after the killing and explained to the police that he had a discussion and a fight with her actual husband, in which he (the actual husband) had pushed the woman against him (the ex) to avoid the knife himself.

I guess that the husband has another story, but it isn't published
