Nah, kellyhound got it right. That's a chica. Pretty masculine looking broad, to be sure, but a woman nonetheless. She's got a bra and a bustline and when you look at her calves/thighs (which are quite disproportionate to her upper torso), you can see that they're definitely feminine.
