The victim is identified by San Francisco Police as M.G., 43 years old, resident of Rosario, Agusan del Sur.

In an initial investigation, the victim was riding on a tricycle when the suspect tried to grab her bag, however she resisted until she was shot by the suspect.

The victim was rushed to the hospital, however she died while the suspect immediately fled with her bag.

The authorities are looking for the suspect in the said crime.
