PHILIPPINES - At around 11:00 A.M. on May 31, 2022, 43-year-old M.B.G. was shot to death at National Highway, Purok 1A, Barangay 1, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur.

A married woman was killed after being shot by assailant in Barangay 1, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur.

The victim is identified by San Francisco Police as M.G., 43 years old, resident of Rosario, Agusan del Sur.

In an initial investigation, the victim was riding on a tricycle when the suspect tried to grab her bag, however she resisted until she was shot by the suspect.

The victim was rushed to the hospital, however she died while the suspect immediately fled with her bag.

The authorities are looking for the suspect in the said crime.
