You have to wonder if that wound on the underside of her right arm is actually the entrance wound and the one on her left shoulder is an exit. Bullets do odd things as they travel through bodies. From the blood coming out of her nose and mouth, you'd think she'd suffered serious wounds to the lung(s).

Why would they slice open the GSW on her left side of her chest? Were they wanting the bullet?? As you can see in the previous photos, she has a round entry wound, then the last photo shows a slice right through the bullet wound  |
