As far as children are concerned, they are a blank slate, clay, innocent, what have you and totally dependent on adults. When I see a kid murdered I do not wonder if they were innocent, I know they were. It kills me to see all that life lost and potential wasted for any reason. What are u guys effing bout??? Before labeling a person 'a selfish cunt' 'attention whore' with your half baked knowledge of the world, Read history and it will reveal the facts in all its glory.
How hundreds of mothers have time and again killed their own babies, infants, toddlers or whatever they are called (when they are a few days old to 10 yrs). Mothers have deliberately done these heinous acts on their helpless babies for the utmost selfish reasons (Monetary benefit or for illicit love) To list a few... Diana Lumbrera Killed 6 babies of her own to get their insurance money, Jeanne Weber arrested for strangling her children to death, and recently Kathleen Folbigg and Genene Jones. All these cases occurred in the Developed countries (US, UK etc) and not in 'Third World Countries'
The lady in question here has done something which many are incapable of even thinking of such a end. Killing oneself is tough enough, but killing 3 of ur own blood Point blank is something else (need balls of Steel). In-fact I salute her cold-hearted courage & steely determination to do what she did. There's no doubt she adored her children, she foresaw the hell and torment that awaited them, they were not big enough to fend for themselves (and with she gone, there wud be nobody to shield or guide them) and after much deliberation she wud have decided to put them out of their wud-be miserable lives and did it in the least painless way.
She is not the first mother to have killed her own children and she wont be the last, but she at-least is not one among those who Killed their babies for money or adulterous love. So show some respect Bozos…………

Just because a multitude of other women killed their children over "less altruistic" reasons, does not make this an act of courage or valor. Nor, do I personally, ever recall a reason to put courage and suicide in the same category.

As far as, leaving them to fend for themselves their father was alive. I don't know him but I saw no stated reason they could not go to him, or the grandmother she exulted. She killed herself and them because he left her for another woman and SHE did not want to leave them behind. She lived Acapulco, where the main religion is Catholic, so she most likely wasn't going to be stoned to death or not allowed to work. So where the act of valor is I don't see it and she deserves NO RESPECT.
