A young looking woman was brutally murdered in the late afternoon of Tuesday She was stabbed to death and was partially decapitated.
The Operations Officer of the day of the 4th BPM Lieutenant Santiago, said the body was found by a cowboy who works in a nearby farm and it is believed that the girl was killed on the spot, because there is a large concentration of blood.

Information Update: Victim has been identified as a 16 year old student. She had no criminal history, was not a known drug user, performed well in school, and was last seen by her family when she left to walk to the gym for martial arts practice, as she did every week. Suspect(s) and motive are not yet known or released.
