not a mistaken identity. just a not too-refined assassination attempt. blasting away without making sure of the target. i am sorry that even those we have up front on media doesn't even know much about differentiating situations and crimes. i live next town from there. and the current governor, mayor, vice mayors and most of other holders of govt positions came from the same clan of gambling lords and drug ring. somehow untouchable or maybe nobody wants to tip over the pot of gold who spills money all around the red tapes
