Tamaulipas state, Mexico

A woman, apparently a member of the CDG cartel (Gulf Cartel) was murdered by the CDN cartel (Northeast Cartel) and her body was immediately dismembered. As an act of terror, her remains were discarded in several places around the region.

Her head, scalp, and part of the skin that was detached from the skull beside a highway in the town of Güémez. They left behind a note, saying:


A few minutes later, the police were informed that a human torso had been found inside a Ford Expedition SUV in Padilla. Another note was left behind, saying:


The rest of her body and several other notes written by the CDN and addressed to O.M. were found scattered in various other places around the two towns. For instance, her thighs were found by a highway in Padilla.
