This 34 year old woman was shot dead in front of her home while two of her children were watching. Two men arrived on a motorcycle and came inside and dragged her out the door and executed her with several shots to the head and chest. No motive was disclosed.

She had posted on Facebook some days prior, on her birthday, that she was depressed that her father and brother were dead. She lamented that there were evil people in the world who destroyed families.

No idea what her involvement may have been or if the two incidents were related, but she was executed shortly after making the post. It didn't sound like she was ready to die, but maybe it came as no surprise to her after all.

Someone didn't like being reminded of their past crimes. Or she reminded them that they needed to finish killing her family. Sad that her kids had to watch, but I do wonder just how innocent she or her father and brother were.

There was a reasonable time gap between the posting and her murder, as much as several weeks, I believe. I think it was more a case of literary irony becoming manifest through the actions of others; the timing with her melancholy musings was little more than a sad coincidence.
