Woman Murdered After She Demands Back the Money She Was Cheated Out of
On 3rd September 2017 in Kampong Chhnang, the body of a woman was found at the side of a road. The body of 42 year old Thit Linda was found in a sack + discarded like a piece of garbage at a roadside. Linda, who's a mother of 3, had moved to the area to work in a factory. But, her life had ended by the hands of 30 year old Pat Chanvatha, who was arrested on 13th September. Apparently, he had cheated her out of money + when she demanded that he give it back, he killed her. After murdering Linda, Chanvatha, who's a journalist + taxi driver, stole her motorbike. If found guilty, he faces a life sentence.                      |
