Yeap, the car itself is practically OK, just flipped over. Nothing that repair shops couldn't handle... Most of those, who are caught driving around without sealbelt just tend to find silly excuses for ignoring the most simple life-saving equipment, like "it's uncomfortable..." or "do i really have to wear this just to drive 2 miles?" Well, it seems obvious, why seatbelts are needed...

I always wear my seatbelt. My fiance, who doesn't wear one, won't move the car until I have mine buckled.

My cousin was killed like this when she was thrown half way out of the car and it rolled on her. Nothing happened to the driver.

It all depends on the circumstances. In some cases seat belts do more harm than good. But for the most part buckle up folks
