We probably died from neurogenic shock rather than impact.. My analysis is that there war some pretty good clearance under the carriage of that trucks so running over her was unlikely , however, her hair and scarf tangled with the rotating drive shaft of the truck, and the rotational movement ripped her scalp off her head..
What a terrible way to go :(
