The pictures the officer almost looks like he's Asian or Caucasian I can't tell definitely light skin and the victim's arm was light-skinned too poor thing hopefully they're able to stitch it back on

Upon further examination, I found a "US Army" star on the motorcycle's seat which implies that the victim may be a vet?
