A 35-year-old woman dies after being hit by a car that overturned on a slope on Sunday morning, 21. The accident happened around 9:45 a.m when the girl walked on the side of the road with her two children, who were also injured.
The victim was taken to the Regional Hospital but succumbed to her injuries and died. Police said her children, a girl of 5 years and a baby of six months, were also rescued. The girl suffered fractures in one arm while the baby had more internal injuries and underwent surgery . The baby's health is stable . The driver of the vehicle left the scene after the accident and was not found.
