Looked at this because i wanted to see how i could have ended up if i had not got away from my ex. I once came round and he was slapping my face to bring me back, i always wanted to know how close i was to dying ? anyone know ? |

It can be rather unpredictable, but most often after consciousness is lost, it takes anywhere from 3-12 minutes of continued strangulation to finally cause death - however, that varies considerably depending upon the method of strangulation and how it is applied... I am sooo glad that you got away from that, so many women never make it out alive... |
