That, and combined with layered clothing, you have a wick effect, so yeah, sustained burn. Thus why you have a carbonized torso, and other parts, bare skin, little fat, hair (possibly wet, or blood), which can't really burn without an external source of fuel, are left unburned. This is what happens in the so called spontaneous human combinations. |
