Woman Found Laying in the Woods

It would be interesting if someone has an insight on the who and hows of this woman's case. Kinda rare to see an on-site body inspection happening outside of china  |

She really spent a lot on her appearance.. the looks like remnants of a recent permanent makeup visit and those are def lash extensions (not to be confused with cheap glue ons)... even drowned and dead she looks pretty. Kind of an odd scene for DR.
