No evidence of rape - different story. The water would have washed away anything external, and maybe that's as far as they bothered checking.

People began their work in the area and realized that in the irrigation canal something was floating, they found it was the body of a woman. There appeared to be some blows to the body. Villagers stated the victim was not local so it seemed she was dumped there. Footprints were found around the canal that may be the killers. |

She was probably discovered this way because the poor lady was probably trying to sneak into the U.S. Alot of them take of their pants, fold them, and put them on their head, so when they cross they have dry clothes. It's a shame that neither government, Mexico's or U.S. does anything to prevent this from happening. It's like a game to them and these people have been left in the dark.
