Woman Found Decapitated and Without Heart In Rented Room
I apologise in advance for the proliferation of watermarks in these photos - cases from Guatemala these days are thick full of them, and I have better things to do than try and remove them from every photo. I'll update if I stumble across any better photos. In a rented room in San Miguel Petapa, Guatemala, the body of a woman, 25-year-old Dennisse E.S.M., was found decapitated, with a large gutting wound down her abdomen, through which her heart had been removed. Her seven-month-old daughter was found unharmed under the bed. A note was found at the scene, reading "I told you not to leave me alone." UPDATE They found Dennisse's head on a "barren terrain route". It is thought that Dennisse was murdered by her 17-year-old neighbour, whom Dennisse had complained about to her stepsisters, as he "seemed obsessed with her and had shown inappropriate attitudes." The man fled to his grandmother's house, which was soon surrounded by angry citizens. He was ultimately arrested some hours later, after confessing to where he had buried the head. |

Sounds like her leaving him was a good idea ... she just needed to go farther, like New Zealand!
