An unidentified woman was found decapitated at a roadside dump site, with her hands bound and her tape-wrapped head placed between her legs. Two hand-lettered signs were left beside her body.

The signs addressed the subdirector of the Valle de Chalco municipal police and a man referred to as "***** Arturo." They accused the addressees and their associates of kidnapping and killing children and threatened further violence against them. One sign referred to the woman as the subdirector's "person," but neither accused her of those crimes. Both messages were signed "F.M.," a claim of authorship contained in the signs rather than an established identification of those responsible.

The message was left by La Familia Michoacana: they look to be a little bit too active for being a Cartel supposed to have been disbanded three years ago: she looks definitely more dead than them. The Knights Templar, (mentioned in the message) were formed by people who had left the FM in 2011; hard to say whether it's true or not that she had kidnapped and killed children as it's a common propaganda technique to blame the rivals for having done the worst shit to gain the sympathy of people.
