PHILIPPINES - On October 28, 2025, a woman was found dead in Barangay Goleo, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte. She was a resident of Barangay Dicoyong of the same municipality. Some say that she allegedly committed suicide.

That's a nasty cut on her wrist. I thought that you were supposed to cut along the vein instead of across it if you're trying to end it all. I guess a deep wound like that would still bleed a lot though.

You cut the artery there not the vein. And yes, if you’re going to cut your wrists to kill yourself you cut lengthwise towards your elbow crease and not across.
