Woman Found Dead on the Floor
This morning a 41 years old woman was found dead from unknown cause. Thailand, so no info, even if it is a pretty long text. No meaning at all except a few words. Sorry.

Fingerprinting is mentioned in the text, so I guess her fingers are blue from this. They don't save on the colour when making the prints

As I said in the OP, I think they smeared colour all over to make fingerprints
