Woman Found Dead with an Eye Torn Out
The 21 years old woman was found on wednesday morning (19/06/13). She was beaten to death and not just that - her left eye was torn out and missing at the site. The other was damaged, but still in place. The prime suspect is her boyfriend.  ·  · |

The eye is in the headline on all media, so I'm so sure as it is possible that it is correct. I share your wish for a close up, but apart from a couple of Acapulco sites, such images are very rare in mexican media. Most images are distant, small and spammed with watermarks all over.

Oh wait nevermind, i had to turn my head sideways and look really closely with my face up to the screen of my computer...it is all hollow and shits. yup the eye is most definielty gone  |

If it was the boyfriend, I wonder if she was having an affair? It would seem that tearing out her eye was a very personal matter and was an attempt by him to defile her. In any event, he didn't do a very good job hiding the body which would make me think that this was not premeditated and methodical, but instead a crime of passion. I guess it's safe to say the relationship ended on a sour note.
