That's right and it is only my guess that both images are from the morgue. The tiles on the wall are ordinary square white tiles, so they could be everywhere, but at least they look the same in both images. I have changed the orientation of the second image to vertical, as it should have been from the beginning. |

From the way the woman's face is flattened to one side, it seems likely that the first photo is the actual position the body was found in. The head is tilted at the right angle to cause such flattening, so there's a strong chance that the first photo is the actual death scene. I doubt they would recreate the scene of death at a morgue when they could simply take a photo of the body at the actual scene itself. |

Also, there's nothing in the photo to suggest that is a morgue. Could be public baths or public showers/toilets, but I could be wrong. Very primitive facilities if it is a morgue, especially with the way everyone is dressed.
