I think they think the implants will improve their life and get more depressed when they realize it doesn't matter.

My guess is that it's a tranny.

When an option like a cosmetic procedure is in front of you, it can have the illusion of holding a real promise of, "This will fix me.".

Post-surgery, the disillusionment sets in and the cycle repeats with another cosmetic surgery or...a final crisis may present itself.

This is more pronounced in the transgender community.
