We had that very thing happen in AZ a few months back. Two guys had previous altercations and one of them was at home when the other pulled up in a vehicle. AZ is a state where if you are not a felon, you can carry a gun, concealed or open carry without even having a license. So it's not very smart to "assume" someone is a victim waiting for you to take advantage of them, lol. I happen to be one of the non victim gun carrying types myself.
