Woman Executed; Ear Gone
Flash posted one of these images in the DWT the other day, which prompted me to actually edit the watermarks on my copies and post the whole series. Sorry for the hamfisted editing job, but you'll have to butter up Mort or Kelly if you want elegant photoshopping. I can't be bothered, so you get crude cut/paste jobs on the watermarks. Anyhow, 21 year old woman discovered beaten to death 'with sticks.' Her ear was also removed. Police indicated in the story that the ear removal was common in paid assassinations, as it was returned to the original client as proof of the completed job. Pretty thugged-up hit job, though, if you ask me. The sort of wetwork you contract for on craigslist or something. Anyhow, 2 weeks earlier, this girl had filed a police report against a professional rival for harassment and threats. I can't quite tell what their mutual profession was, but it involved a business called "The Magic Box." Yeah. Well...blame Google translate for that one. I did my best but Portuguese littered with Brazilian colloquialisms is not my linguistic forte. So Magic Box it is. So allegedly a professional job.
