Yesterday morning a child fell into the water. Mother jumped in to save the child and succeeded. Unfortunately she couldn't save herself and drowned.

The scene leaves a couple of questions, even if the translation this time is pretty clear.

I guess that the last image shows the child in question. It isn't explicitly said in the text, but there would be little idea in posting the image, if it was another child. But the kid doesn't look wet, so I'm not sure.

And secondly: You don't usually park your flippers nicely on the bank before falling into the water by accident, so maybe this part of the translation is wrong, and the child came in trouble while bathing.
