in many third world countries, helping a victim is seen as an admission of guilt which opens the good samaritan to a world of potential litigation it is highly unlikely that they would have pretended to help her just to clear the road - besides, in third world countries, they just drive around the victim |

This is tragic. We don't often see accident victims watching themselves die. But it probably happens a lot more often than anybody wants to realize. The difference here is a lot of horrified bystanders taking pictures, not knowing what else to do. And that poor woman is so traumatized she isn't even screaming. Wow.

But to imply they they lacked the intelligence to save her life is SO ignorant. It's a lot of ignorant ass people on this site. |
