This is tragic. We don't often see accident victims watching themselves die. But it probably happens a lot more often than anybody wants to realize. The difference here is a lot of horrified bystanders taking pictures, not knowing what else to do. And that poor woman is so traumatized she isn't even screaming. Wow.
