Often, especially with cardiac death, the body turns that purple color from the neck up. I'm not sure why it is, but it's often seen in non traumatic deaths (and why we don't see it too much on this site  )

Does anyone else find it kind of odd that she has quite a lot of blood running down her inner thighs? I would expect the blood from her chest to travel directly down and cover her stomach area shorts and legs.
