Very rare indeed! A bystander had a cell phone out before the cops came! She looks like pizza slices ...? It's a holiday today, and I just ordered pizza delivery. Made me think of this lady. |

Re: ~Woman Cut In Half By Train~
Oh, NOW we have the motive! With six hungry mouths at home, this gives them a decent settlement opportunity of a death claim against the RR: lacked a crossing guard, lacked warning signage, or something, anything, to get a few hundred thousand out of the RR insurance company. Structure the settlement, money pays for college for all of them. Mom is worth more dead to the kids than alive? |

Re: ~Woman Cut In Half By Train~
27th ave & Thomas in Phoenix is an intersection just west of Interstate 17. There are railroad tracks that parallel a third road the overpasses the intersection, Grand Avenue. The area surrounding the intersection is primarily industrial, with a smattering of run-down residences to the east. The area is a shithole, frequented by prostitutes, gang bangers, and dealers. Nobody walks in that area on purpose. It is even sketchy driving through the area in the daytime. I would assume our victim (idiot) was dodging some even dodger shit that was going on. I can only assume she looks better now than before the train hit. Trains in that area are speed-limited to a crawl, so she likely had time to not get hit. |
