Woman Brutally Knifed to Death
44 year old female was found brutally murdered. Signs show she had been badly stabbed, she had defense wounds to her hands and puncture marks in her head, face and neck. Even her ear was sliced in half
The deceased woman was a market seller selling vegetables.
