LOL! Anyways, while you pair of bitch's squabble amongst yourselves... I don't reckon that description can be right. A kite? Maybe she was killed because of a kite war, but not from the string of a kite.. it's not logical. For a start, a kite string is vertical. Unless she was airborn riding her bike sideways, her throat wouldn't get that cut. She's ridden into something, a string/cord, strung across the roadway.. horizontal.
