Wonder if it was kite that flew away and left string across roadway or put there intentionally. They could tell if there is a kite at the end. I used to fly kits as a kid and lost a few when string broke or they crashed ect. You could see the string in the trees for blocks. But we didn't use 'cop killer' kite string in Chicago. BTW, the remake of 2000 Maniacs (2001 Maniacs) has a guy and girl get beheaded on a motorcycle like this. They hit a wire, come to a slow halt, then their heads fall off while the bike stays up. Good flick! |
