KH has generously contributed an uncensored version of that photo and I still can't seem to make out what they were covering up. It is pretty obvious in his photo that she did piss or shit herself during the beheading, but the stain in the middle of her ass wasn't censored. Correlating it with the photos I contributed, I have to assume that there must have been some damage to her left hand/arm, possibly defense wounds or probably just random hacking and the censors decided to cover it up. It isn't abundantly clear, but it does appear to my eye that her left hand might be a bit mangled.
