On the morning of 13th December 2019 in Bahia (Brazil), 4 taxi drivers were found dead. All 4 men had been killed with a machete then placed inside sacks. A 5th driver managed to escape. He stated that they had each been called to a pick up at the same place + then taken hostage upon arrival. They were all tortured for several hours + 4 of the men were murdered. I think you hit the nail, right on the thumb! I bet either drugs or money disappeared, and no one seemed to know anything about it. So action was taken.
