Reckon that's because the head is not actually resting flush with the neck stump. There's a sizable gap of bloodstained ground between the two and that combined with the depth of the photo are exaggerating the size of her head in relation to her body. I think.  |

My wife collects Xmas ornaments, MEH. Now heads I could get into but maybe miniature because at 10lbs each that's a bit much. |

Two additional photos and more background. I am past the window of being able to edit my original post, but a Mod can add these pics and details to the OP if they wish. Woman has been ID'd as a 25 year old mother of 2, one of whom is a ten year old deaf son with various special needs. She had been checked into a mental institution several times over the past few years for depression and anxiety. On her last trip, she came back with a new boyfriend. Her mother suspected that she (and the new boyfriend) were involved with selling drugs. The boyfriend has been located but was not listed as a suspect in her gruesome murder. Anyway, two more pics here, both featuring her absurdly large head for invertigo.   ·  · |
