Woman Beaten to Death in Brazil
State of Paraná, Brazil Today Early on Wednesday, January 20, 2016, around 4AM, police received information that a woman had been attacked. On the site, they located a seriously injured woman and they immediately called the rescue team of SIATE (Integrated Trauma and Emergency Care) of the Fire Department. When they arrived, the female victim, approximately 20 years old, was already dead. The site was isolated until the arrival of the Homicide Squad, Scientific Police and the Forensic Institute. The criminal expert found that the woman was beaten to death with a piece of wood and even when she was dead, the assailants continued to beat her with blows to the face and head. After the procedures the body of the victim, still unidentified, was taken to the morgue.
