It looks like she died on her back, and they rolled her onto the stretcher. If she was going to die anyway she’s fortunate to have been thrown off the cliff and died before the mauling. |

I agree. It's just the positioning of the head on the stretcher makes her look alive with the open mouth. At first I thought she was alive but looking closer I can see she's very much dead

Yeah, I'd hit that chick bear like a hammer! By the time I was done, she'd be smoking cigarettes and would have sworn off females, just because she experienced my throbbing man meat.
