A 31-year-old woman fell into the central atrium of Beiramar Shopping in Florianopolis, Brazil, at about 3 p.m. on May 6, 2015, and died. Witnesses said they heard screaming and then saw her body falling through the atrium.

The Policia Militar attended and confirmed the fall but said it could not determine the circumstances that led to it. The area around the body was cordoned off, although the shopping center remained open. The Policia Civil and the Instituto Medico Legal were called to remove the body. The woman's identity was not released, and no official conclusion about the cause of the fall was published.

It is indeed, unfortunate that things are so bad that one must take their own life. I wish someone had gotten to her and helped her before this.
She was a beautiful woman; I hope she finds peace now.
