Wisam Issa and Hasan Abu-Jabal Hanged in Public, Tabarja, Lebanon, May 19, 1998
Hasan Nada Abu-Jabal and Wisam Nayif Issa were publicly hanged at 5 a.m. on May 19, 1998, in the central square of Tabarja, Lebanon. The men had been convicted over a burglary during which the returning householders were shot dead. A large crowd gathered around the timber gallows as the executions were carried out. The remaining cases are unrelated. They include what appears to be a public execution in Afghanistan, a separate mortuary case and several close-up views for which no incident has been identified.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

Just at a glance, I think #1 is a fake. Note the heads at an identical angle and appearing mismatched to the bodies. Their hands aren't tied and they aren't restrained in any way. Also, in the background, one can see a man who appears to be wearing a Christian clerical collar....under a sign in Arabic. #4 is a closeup of one of the two in #1. Looks retouched to me. I don't know of any Middle Eastern countries which provide Tommy Hilfiger clothing to people sentenced to death.
