It is not uncommon for a body to turn white like that within a half hour after death. Apparently, especially on a younger cadaver, the elasticity of the skin forces the blood out of the capillaries back into the body.

Even so, the body will not bleed, there is no blood pressure.

The y-incision for an autopsy is not universal. Virtually every autopsy video we've seen here uses the straight-line incision.

I do agree that it is a fake.
