Obviously if they were using the old timey ringer washboard method for cleaning clothes the family of this kid was struggling. Maybe to loose another mouth to feed is a silent blessing. People shouldnt have kids if they cant afford them, this is what happens. |

thats true, kids that age like to get into everything, climb on things and jump down. They even put everything in their mouths, its a dangerous place for children with out supervision because accidents happen

you can't leave kids alone for a few secs.
