If this was in the UK...I can safely bet that the mother was sitting in the living room on her arse watching Jeremy Kyle paternity test and lie detector test specials while her toddler and her 5 other illegitimate kids to different fathers are running all over the place. Someone should have been watching this little guy and this is the result...how tragic :( |

This is why I think it was an accident. Look at pics 3 and 5, It looks like there is a porch, see the old ringer wash machine. It looks like its up higher. Then in pic 7 you can see where the man in the tan pants is standing, he is up higher. I think thats where the baby fell in... on the porch. It was a bad idea to put that there with little ones around. The baby was probably trying to play in the water when he fell.  |
