I have plates and screws in my left ankle (tripped on my own carpeted stairs) and that first pic left me nauseated because you know he felt it for just a few seconds. GAH!

he jumps feet first so he doesn't tumble, similar to how that guy did it during the "space jump" feet first so you don't tumble.
