Charles Taylor was trained to overthrow governments. He did a good job of it from the looks of the photos. It was a CIA setup. One hour of research will make that clear.

We spent millions training Charles Taylor how to take the government down. He did it TWICE!. The Pentagon gave him weapons both times.
