Wealthy Kidnapped Student Found Dead on Country Road
This 20 year old college student was the daughter of a wealthy businessman. She also had family in various positions of government function. She was kidnapped on her way to school the other day and was found this afternoon dumped on the side of a rural road. Initial reports claimed she'd been 'brutally tortured', though I do not see any signs of that in the images here. Cause of death was a coup de grace with a handgun.

Hard to say. I've seen scene responders in Brazil undo the belt/snap on pants many times-I believe that it is in order to check for things tucked into the waistband like wallets, phones, drugs, ID's, etc. I have no idea why it is so common to put stuff there instead of the pockets, but it seems to be the case. The article for this crime did not mention whether or not she had been sexually assaulted, but it is difficult to say without further details, of course.
